Ingredients
2 large onion, cut into wedges2 teaspoons ground coriander(optional)2 teaspoons ground cumin0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon0.5 teaspoon garlic powder3 pounds boneless beef brisket1 cup dried apricots1.75 cups Swanson® Beef Broth2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Place the onions into a 6-quart slow cooker.Stir the coriander, if desired, cumin, cinnamon and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub the mixture on the beef. Place the beef into the cooker. Arrange the apricots around the beef.Stir the broth and honey in a medium bowl. Pour the broth mixture over the beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
